GENERAL
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.
I have the right to reject commission requests for any reason. I am not obligated to disclose that reason.
PAYMENT
You can either pay upfront or pay only half upfront and pay the rest of the price after I sketch your commission.
I accept payment in EUR(via PayPal, Ko-fi) or CZK(via bank transfer, QR code).
REVISIONS
You can request changes during the sketch phase of the process.
There won't be any revisions after the commissioned artwork is finished.
PROCESS, DEADLINES & DELIVERY
I'll start working on your commission after I recieve payment.
Your commission will be completed in a set deadline(see commission info).
If I'm not able to finish your commission in that time, you can ask for a refund or extend the deadline.
You will receive the commissioned artwork digitally through your email adress.
USE
The commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
You are free to use the commissioned artwork on social media in profile pictures, banners, thumbnails.
You can post the commissioned artwork with credit only.
You cannot claim the commissioned artwork as yours.
You are free to alter the commissioned artwork but my signature needs to be visible.
The artwork you commissioned cannot be involved in the training of AI or creation of NFTs.
You cannot trace my artwork, make a base out of it or use AI tools on it.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on social media and promote myself with said artwork in my portfolio.
REFUNDS
You will get a refund if I'm not able to finish your commissioned artwork for any reason, otherwise there are no refunds.

I communicate via email and Discord.
