GENERAL
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.
I have the right to reject commission requests for any reason. I am not obligated to disclose that reason.
I accept commission requests only on VGen or Ko-fi.
PAYMENTS
All payments will be made through the respective sites (VGen/Ko-fi), where you placed your commission request.
REVISIONS
You can request changes during the sketch/rough modeling phase of the process.
There won't be any revisions after the commissioned artwork is finished.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I'll start working on your commission after I receive payment.
Your commission will be completed in an estimated deadline, that I'll send you after your request.
If I'm not able to finish your commission in that time, you can ask for a refund or extend the deadline.
You will receive the commissioned artwork digitally through the respective sites (VGen/Ko-fi), where you requested your commission, or your email address.
USE
The commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless you pay a 50% fee granting you commercial use regarding content creation.
This commercial use grants you the right to create and distribute digital end products shared to commercial and monetized social and content platform accounts belonging to you.
This commercial use doesn't grant you the right to create and re-sell value-add or derivative digital or physical end products made with the commissioned artwork.
You cannot claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the commissioned artwork.
You are required to always credit me under the commissioned artwork.
The artwork you commissioned cannot be involved in the training of AI or creation of NFTs.
You cannot trace my artwork, make a base out of it or use AI tools on it.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on social media and promote myself with said artwork in my portfolio, unless you pay the NDA fee.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I possess the intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork, but not the subjects depicted in the commissioned artwork.
REFUNDS
You are entitled to a refund before I start working on your commission or if I'm not able to finish your commissioned artwork for any reason.
Otherwise there are no refunds.

I communicate via email([email protected]) or Discord(mrkef).
You can also contact me on the messages systems of the respective sites(VGen/Ko-fi), where you're requesting your commission.
